Important Information for Indianapolis On-location Bridal Hair and Makeup Artists
All makeup artists and stylists are fully licensed and have years of experience making brides and bridal parties look absolutely glamorous! We ask all clients to please review our pricing guidelines. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

We have a 6 application minimum for Saturday events to receive 1 artist.

We have a 5 application minimum per artist for Friday & Sunday events.

All adult makeup includes lashes and airbrush foundation.

Lashes and airbrushing are not included in child and junior bridesmaid makeup

All hair must be clean and dry. We provide dry styling only.

Additional fee applies for hair reaching mid back or longer.

Would you like your artist to stay with you for touch ups and to change your makeup & hair for the reception? The cost is $125 an hour.

We charge $100-$200 per artist AM fee for all schedules that start between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.

There is an additional $100 tear down and set up fee when asking the artist to switch locations (additional travel fees apply)

Travel fees are determined by the getting ready location.

Bride is responsible for parking, & toll road reimbursement. Artists valet park at hotels for safety purposes and ease of loading and unloading.

Canceling reservations with less than a 90 day written notice will result in a 30% fee of the entire wedding day total. (based on latest confirmed counts)

Bride Makeup counts as 1 adult application & Bride Hair counts as 1 adult application.

The artist you trial with will be the same artist you receive on your wedding day.

Hair and makeup trials are to be booked for same day. Trials are intended to preview the wedding day look. Not to be used as bridal portrait/engagement sessions.

If you or anyone in your bridal party has naturally curly/textured hair, and do not want to use natural curl. Please arrive with hair relaxed/ blown out. Do not flat iron hair as it will not hold hot tool curls once straightened.
